No kidding...

I went to go see it I just couldn't believe it. It's actually pretty insane and they guy let me hook up my 360 and play a bit of Madden with him.

He said he never rode with it...only used it for shows with his busa that has another 6 monitors on it.

I'm not reading this whole thread right now but I did wanna let you guys know that I don't wear leathers - most of the peeps I ride with race bike so they are dressed in full leather all the time. I wear those kevlar jeans called Sliders - and now I have tested them out, and want to tell you they work well.

Ok, so I wrecked the Ninja - lowsided in a sharp curve and bike went off in the ditch off the left side of the road. I followed it, sliding along the pavement - in full gear. My slider jeans really did the job. I got one rip in the jeans, but did not go all they way to the Kevlar - and therefore did not get to my skin. I prob slid about 25 feet going at least 45 mph or so (lucky I was going that slow)

So I don't work for anything to do with motorcycle gear, this is purely a tried and true plug for Sliders jeans - they literally saved my skin. As for the rest of gear - all worked. Gloves got ripped, but not my hands. Jacket has nice asphault marks across it but no real damage to me. Only bit was where my jacket came up as i was land surfing and so i ended up with some minor road rash on my belly - givin the other options, I'll take my minor scrapes bruises - and tell ya all

ALL GEAR ALL THE TIME, IT WORKS !!!!

Yeah, thanks all - and I agree, as far as crashes go - I did quite well - I get an A+ for both bike damage and injury - Pictures just won't do it justice Spooph - what i wish is that I had video of it happening- i know it was much more spectacular live than it will ever look after the fact. Parts finallly shipped today and i guess I'll have it back together by the weekend.

Yeah, I don't know if you guys remember when I first bought my ninja - it was bought salvage - the chick who owned it before me basically had the same crash - so everything I had to replace when I first bought it- I have to replace again. I was smart enough not to replace the side fairings so now it just has some extra scars on it. But i didn't have to cry cuz i just messed up my new bike - someone already messed it up before me. And the inevitable newbie crash was the reason I didn't replace the plastics - and sure enough, I did the same thing. It's got scars - battle wounds - character. LOL

In my defense - the curve I crashed in is infamous down here for taking out riders. when i told my "gang" where I crashed they knew exactly which curve I meant. At least it was a respectable crash - and I walked away from it. Sh*t,once we got the gear shifter pulled back out, I rode the bike home (about 80 miles through curvy azz roads - seemed easier then waiting hours for someone to come get us.) i just told myself it was like riding someone else's bike and the handle bars were just in a different position then I was use to. lol
