Ok... I'm doing my taxes online and if we bought our ninja in 09... can we claim our 250's as a "green" vehicle or do we just get the new vehicle tax rebate? Or do I just have everything wrong  Huh Huh Huh

Motorcycles purchased after Feb. 16, 2009 qualify for the new vehicle tax rebate, which essentially is a rebate of the excise, state or local sales tax you paid on the vehicle up to $49,000. Your adjusted gross income can not be over $125,000. If your state does not have a state sales tax you can still deduct any other fees or taxes imposed by the state or local government.

Good point, we should get 'green' status! Plus our accelerators don't get stuck Tongue
