I  got my trans in the mail today and installed the ceramic bearings I got from Ztrack / Spotisimoto USA
Before I put it all together I thought I would make a video of it working.

I wish  had a film crew it took 5 hours I killed two drill batteries and the camera batteries trying to make this 20 sec clip. I hope you enjoy it . I had fun making it but I don't think I can be a film maker Ha ha

The reason I reach over and touch the drive sprocket  between first and second .Is because of the Positive neutral finder. The trans in meant to only go into neutral from first if the bike is sitting still.
I needed to trick the trans into thinking the bike was moving.

Also if you watch the drive sprocket you can see the speed change. The drill is set at a fixed speed.

Also notice . I am not using any clutch or changing any speed . You can see how shifting without a clutch is not a problem.

Thank you all for the comments.
